Global Law Office has expanded its team by adding four partners and their respective teams to bolster its capabilities in dispute resolution, capital markets, labour and employment, compliance, and risk management practices. Registration for the new partners is currently underway: Li Ming in Shanghai, Lu Guanting in Shenzhen, and Qian Yue and Shi Wenting in Beijing. The firm stated that these additions are intended to “strengthen” its service offerings in these specific practice areas, though the move comes as many firms in the region face headwinds regarding headcount and retention.
Legal backgrounds of the new hires

He has also represented financial institutions and large corporates in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Lu Guanting focuses on M&A, equity investment, and capital markets. He previously worked at King & Wood and Commerce & Finance Law Offices. His advice spans the full corporate lifecycle, from startup to listing, covering both transactional and contentious matters.
