Michael Chung. Hamed Meshki, recognized as one of the top private equity lawyers in the U.S., will lead Sullivan & Cromwell’s global Private Equity Practice. Meshki will also co-lead the firm’s Los Angeles office alongside Patrick Brown, the L.A. Managing Partner. The new partners bring a combined nearly six decades of experience, having advised on hundreds of high-stakes transactions for the world’s premier private equity and asset management firms.
